Well, since N.D. didn't show up for this, I'll take a shot at it. The number looks to be 1C 17508. The picture shows vacuum ports, so I'm comfortable that this one is not the electric motor.

A 1960 Ford electric wiper motor will also work.
C0TZ-17508-A (Motorcraft WM-141) is the correct electric wiper motor for 1957/60 F Series trucks.
A8TZ is 6 volt.
