I have a 94 F350 with a vacuum issue. When my a/c is on max cool it will not blow out the vent. Regular a/c works fine. The a/c/heater control switch is new. Vacuum pump is new. Vacuum lines at the heater box look ok. Any ideas?
Do you have a vac line running to your fresh air damper? It's the door that selects outside air for normal ac, and cabin air for max. The actuator is on passenger side near firewall.
I checked lines again. I missed the actuator completely. It had a vacuum line then went into a wiring harness that fed down into the firewall. Inside the protected loom covering I found a broken vacuum line. Repaired and working properly. Thank you
