6.0 no start

ICP and IRP changed both fuel filtrs and Blue spring put in. HPOP Pressure is over 1600PSI when cranking with 2.5 to 4 volts.

Will try to run but acts like not getting enough fuel. If I loosen the lines off the upper filter housing lots of fuel runs out. Lots of smoke when cranking also.

FICM volts are 48.5.

Reading with Scan Gauge 2.

Now I suck at writing and typing so please don't bash me to bad.

The truck is a 2003 F350 DRW Stock 6.0 with 433000 on the odometer.

You had a new HPOP put in recently? Did the truck die before that, or how was it diagnosed?

Was able to read HPOP pressure with scan gauge2. And I have not put in a HPOP in.

Drove it in to my driveway truck sat for 2 days and went to start it and has not run at all that was 3 weeks ago.

Im in the same boat. Towed truck home today after all new injectors, dummy plugs, wiring harness, new turbo, bullet proofs water pump, and their best air oil cooler kit.

thought it was the ipc so replaced that. Now i ordered a new ipr valve.

so id like to see your outcome as well.

Sounds like I need a tow truck.

Anybody in SW Pa wants to make some cash I would be willing to pay some one to fix it.

HPOP pressure is over 1600psi when cranking. That should be good.

Mine ended up being the ipr screen. Cleaned and replaced orings and screen and fired right up.
