After careful and timely consideration, I believe I found the best place for the engine management module- the glove box. The bracket and module fit perfectly there, and with a little fab work there's still room to place a new bottom on top of the module to create a new and plentiful space inside the glove box.

Thanks to the reworking of the harness idea I got from this forum I was able to see the glove box as a good and viable place for it.

So thx to the guys that chimed in and gave their suggestions. Thank you.

 

did you do the harness adjustments?
I lost half of my glove box to the AC

 

Yes the harness adjustment was pretty simple , but I have no room behind the dash for the AC condenser, so I'm going with vintage airs' slim-line under dash system.

I think that's going to work out just fine.
