Looking for advice, replacing brake system

I've done brakes before on an old F350 and some VWs. I'm planning to make my own brake lines this time, and also may want to upgrade the brakes a bit.
Here's what I'm starting with:

As you can see, it's pretty crusty. The brake light is on and the pedal is very hard to actuate.
I have a 69 F250. It's got disc brakes on the front and uses a power booster. There is a trailer brake module I want to delete.
I'm planning to use braided brake hoses, plumb new lines front to back, new wheel cylinders, and new master cylinder, booster, and prop valve.

would the explorer MC and F350 dual booster bolt right up to what I've already got?

Use NiCopp brake line. Super easy to use; bend and flare. There are a few places on ebay that sell the 25' coil and fittings for 35ish dollars. I would convert to hydroboost if you have a power steering pump or can add one. Use a Wilwood proportioning valve with the brake switch. Easy peasy

the nickel copper lines sound like a good buy to me. Out here in the desert I think those would last longer than I will. Also routing steel lines has never been a fun job. One thing I read about them while researching then though is to get them from a trusted source, as some lines from China can have extremely thin walls.
I do have power steering, but I'm not planning to pull much weight with this vehicle so I'm thinking I'll probably just go with vacuum assist like it has now, only with a double diaphragm unit and a modern aluminum master cylinder.
