first bronco, leaking oil on top of timing cover
hey guys
i bought an 87 bronco yesterday with a 351W engine in it
the engine has been rebuild last winter (im told) and has a bigger cam, aluminum heads and an eddy airgap intake
when i drive it, oil puddles on top of the timing cover
im suspecting the china wall wasnt properly sealed, in part because there is black sealant on the wall itself, and grey sealant on the edges
however, i dont want to pull the intake if the timing cover is the actual problem
do you guys have any suggestions on this?

I also noticed the oil pressure gauge is not working
for the time being I I stalled a cheapo mechanical gauge but I would like to get the one in the cluster to work
I did not see a fuse dedicated to the gauges, is there any way to test the sender?
or any other common problems that would cause the gauge to read zero?
actually, it reads less then zero, if zero would be rest position of the needles with the ignition off
