Check your lug nut torque, I do believe it is supposed to be part of the dealer's pdi. I was testing a cordless impact wrench to take on our trip, it was able to loosen the one lug nut easily, so I checked the rest of them. They were only torqued to about 130 ft lbs, not the required 165 ftlb.
On a related note, these lug nuts look the same as those on my 2012 F-150. That being, a real nut, surrounded by a fancy stainless cover. While I never use an impact to torque lug nuts, I always used one to take them off. I found after a few years, the covers started to move slightly in relationship to the actual nut., making them hard to get out of the socket.
I ended up replacing them with solid lug nuts, I believe they were McGard. Does the SD use the same nuts? Unless I'm doing something wrong when removing them, I'm switching to solids in the not too distant future.
On thread, I'll whip out my torque wrench tonight and check my lugs!

Reason: typo
Well I need to go back to my trailer or buy a new torque wrench, the one I have at home doesn't go to 165 ft lb. the one in my trailer does. I came home before torquing to verify the torque in the service manual before I torqued them.
