Again like I have said over and over again. You will be happy with either one. There is a reason both company's have survived. Pick one and go with it.
Digging up this old thread to see if anyone who has either tank has any feedback after having the tank for a while. I’m in the market for higher capacity fuel holding in some shape or form and like the idea of not taking up space in the bed. Thanks in advance for your input!
I installed the Transfer Flow last June and mine has been trouble free. No leaks or conflicts with the truck physically or electronically.
Here is a link to a thread I posted on the installation in case you have not found that through search yet.
I don't foresee issues coming in the future but will certainly update that in my posted thread if anything does show up.
I will be using Forescan to modify the gas gauge and DTE readout and will post how that goes in that thread also.
As I wrote in the thread according to my research both Titan and Transfer Flow are viable options for these trucks. They each have their own advantages and disadvantages.
Good luck!
I’m curious if anybody with the 1st version fuel tank that showed empty when there was 5-6 gallons still in the tank has gotten one of these tanks? I’m not sure if I should have the dealer do the TSB before I get one of these tanks or if it matters.

I should have had the TSB performed but didn't. After installing the Titan at 0 DTE I can squeeze in around 48 gallons. I probably should have waited and got the TSB sending unit installed first but it's not worth the hassle now. I think of the extra six gallons floating around in there as "just in case".

thanks! That’s exactly what I was wondering. I’ll probably get it done since we about to drive cross country and even with the larger tank a 100 mile difference in DTE will matter.
