Ya I think most of us have a pretty easy time doing that. The river is still a little high and fast. By mid July it should be perfect.

My brother and i used to go when my oldest son was young..
I caught a fresh water clam once...LOL

The spot I fish is less than a 5 min walk. I don't drive anywhere to fish. I fish here and the spot where we camp. Just nice to get out for an hour or so in the evenings.
