unfortunately it was not a Motorcraft I got a reman from diesel care I have heard that Motorcraft injecters work better with the powerstrokes but funds were limited so I had to go with something cheaper
Not to be a debbie downer, but the odds are the new "reman" was bad out of the box, and/or a combination of too low torque value.
Did you use a bore cup brush to clean the bore cup?
The 6.0 forum is littered with guys who went with something besides a Ford reman, only to pull them out and put the Ford reman back in after chasing other problems that in fact ended up being a bad new "reman" from another source

no I didn't use a bore cup brush but I did blow it out with compressed air I thought that would clean it out good enough maybe not
