Anybody using a k&n drop in?

Very little...The stock air filter with the pre-filter can breathe well up to around 600hp. No need to change it.

K&N will allow minute silica to enter the turbo and engine. It might flow more but doesn't filter enough in my opinion.

Also, oil coated filters can play havoc with maf/map sensors.

Amazingly, all the old "go to" things the guys did to improve the trucks really aren't needed anymore as the stock implementation is good. The only really real decision that is left is the delete or not to delete.
