It's like I have mini-gutters. The aftermarket gutters I'm seeing appear to be bigger than the ones on my trailer. I'm not replacing my gutters just to put on spouts. I'll MacGyver something together, hopefully without it looking redneck.
Steve, I understand the replacement process. I pulled the stub of one of the old gutter spouts out already. The new ones would have a significant gap if I installed them. Water would dribble through the gap as well as going down the spout. It would take a good amount of caulk to fill in the gap. I'll have to take a picture to show the problem. Maybe it's normal and my lack of experience with trailers is making this more complicated than it really is.

There is another possible explanation for not being able to find the part you seek. Fleetwood was well known for purchasing from small companies that were just starting out when they were selling based on price and trying to get their foot in the door. Many of them survived only briefly and at the least, they tended to stay away from many of best known suppliers. Perhaps the manufacturer of that part is not longer around.
That could be it Steve. I have spent considerable time looking at gutter spouts online and none of them appear to be the right size. I don't see much in the way of dimensions for these other than saying it is a 3" spout.
HA!! I found the correct part. I was ready to pull the trigger on all new gutters but I happened upon Northwest RV Supply and they have the EXACT gutter spouts I need. It turns out I need 6 not 4 as I have gutters along the roof of both sides and then a gutter above the awning. Shipping cost almost as much as the parts themselves.
