Vacuum lines
Does anyone know the sizes for the vacuum lines that run to the hubs and are they the same diameter throughout the vacuum system?

I can't say that I remember, but from what I do, I know I got rid of the lines that would dry rot and fail and got some fuel line from O'reilly. Again, I don't remember what size it was, but it was a nice snug fit from the plastic fitting down to the hubs. Sorry I couldn't be of more help

From what I've been able to find it is 3/16" ID. I ordered some off eBay and will install soon. Need at least 2' per side "they" say.

It is 1/8" ID. Here is what you need in the color of your choice. This stuff holds up very good over time:
Yes, the whole system is 1/8" ID. Including the stuff under the dash.

It should last a lot longer than OEM, and it fits perfectly.

This is from the 99-03 7.3 forum and all I had to go by. I would defer to the more experienced members here though.

3/16" ID will work, but it is not the tightest fit and not what came OEM. Very little difference between the two at 1/16", but I will go with the exact size that came out of the factory.
