"Phone" button
I had my cell synced for quite some time. No issues. It has randomly stopped working via sync. No settings have been changed with my cell or the truck sync to cell. So I tried re-syncing as per directions, but the "phone" button on the radio &/or on the steering wheel no longer prompt to "select device". Nothing at all appears on radio's display. Both buttons are engaging. (can feel to touch) All else with radio & all other features & buttons remain working fine, as always.
There is nothing in my manual to address this issue. Only how to sync. This I am very proficient at doing. I searched manual for a fuse option that could be the problem, however the radio would not work at all if it were this. I may disconnect the battery, to see if it will reboot anything that could be the cause.
I'm open to suggestions beyond what I've already ruled out.
