OBD code PO602 and SCT tuner

I tried reloading with no luck. I wanted to see if there were any solutions before I contacted 5-Star.

I really don't know that it is a tune problem. I read a few post where it was suggested that the tune caused the code to show up. I contacted 5-Star and they suggested a phone conversation with the makers of SCT. I called them and they said that the code was not likely caused by the tune. My next step is have the dealer re-flash it.

Yes.
I have been real busy the last couple of days but tonight I will (like SCT suggested) disconnect my battery and turn on the key a couple of times then let it sit for 10 minutes or more. He said that this might clear it up. However, I made an appointment with the dealer next Tuesday to get a re-flash anyway.

OK, so I cleared my PO602 code, returned the tune back to stock and then disconnected the battery when I got home from work yesterday. Cycled the key on and off a few times and let it sit overnight. Hooked everything back up and drove into work then checked my DTC and no PO602 code (however it now shows PO1000). I guess I wasn't doing it right before? I'm going to drive it stock until Monday then re-load the SCT tune and see if that throws the code again. Third gear shift seems better from just a short drive. I'll know more about that on my way home today.
