Okay I have an update when I first had the problem I went to full force diesel and told them so they sent me a new set of tunes now on the first set of tunes I was getting 13 pounds of boost with the second set of tunes I was only getting 5.9 pounds of boost so this morning I told my self maybe I've had a problem with the tunes this hole time so I went out downloaded the old tune on it and boom went back to 13 pounds of boost now that's not high by no mean but I felt like I had finally found some of the problem and at least my truck could jump out of its own way. Now I'm running the hydra chip and I was looking at going strait to power hunger performance and getting there tunes where else would you go to get tunes for the hydra
Okay so I went back to the old tunes and now I have smoke and more boost so I think I just got s crappie tune the second time around now I'm going strait to power hungry for tunes
The stock PHP tunes are not dialed for single-shot injectors - particularly with 80% nozzles. You should get so much fuel and have such a touchy throttle that it's a neck bender with contrails. Now that you're getting smoke - is the smoke above 2K RPM, below, or both?
We need to see that IPR and ICP, but a log of the data would be much better.

it smokes all the way through and jay from php sent me a 140h tune for single shot injectors I emailed him last night about I put both tunes on the truck in position 6 and 7 and in 6 I get 13 pounds of boost then I switch it to 7 I get 6 pounds of boost so this morning he emailed me and asked what my ebp is so now I have to find away to read those
Did you get all the clamps on snug when you put it all back together? Don't overtighten on the plenums unless you have reinforced them with upgraded ones, but sounds like you may have loose fitting(s) somewhere. If you're certain everything is snug, you can make a boost leak detector and blow shop air into the system, then spray simple green from a spray bottle on the common areas for boost to leak to find where you may be losing some.
Is it possible to break the aluminum y pipes with the clamps? I was wondering about that today as I was tightening the clamps down.
I did the ebp sensor tonight and cleaned the hose and nothing changed other then I got more fuel and my egts are higher tomorrow I am going to take the wicked wheel 2 off and put the stock wheel on and see if that changes anything
OBDII tools link in my signature - all the gauges you could possibly hope for.
Yeah... you EBP sensor was toast. Make sure the tube is not plugged and that it doesn't have a leak.
I've cleaned the pipe twice now and still no luck so now I'm making a boost leak detector just to be 100 percent sure but I still can get anyone to explain why on one tune I can get 13 pounds of boost and on a 140 tune I get 8
