Standing room ?

Hey everyone. New here. Just found this forum. I am getting ready to purchase an e150 camper van like this one . Name: 6iP7S03.jpg

My question is does anyone know the standing room in these? Head room I mean. I'm just over 6 feet and wondering if I will be able to stand in this or not?

Should be OK. I'm 6' and I have lots of headroom in this. The class C is definitely taller than what you're looking at, but I don't think it's by as much as I have extra headroom.

Sweet. Been on Youtube searching interior designs for these. If we get the one we are looking at it's going to need some storage redesigning.

Hopefully you are mistaken and it's an F250 not an F150, the 1/2 ton ends up being overloaded by the time all that fiberglass and camping gear is installed which results in very poor road handling... in heavy crosswinds it'll be difficult to keep it in the lane.

It's no mistake. it is an E150. Have to take what I can get for financial reasons. I have done a lot of vehicle builds in my years so upgrading the suspension cheap wont be an issue if it comes down to it. Just found a video on youtube and the guy near the end of the video said he was 6 feet tall and he was standing in his .Big smile. That will be a huge bonus for me.

I have 2 Mark III conversion vans that look the same except for the paint color. I am 5'7" and can stand in this one with shoes on if I bow my head down. They both have a 3/4" thick head liner and I there must be some bracing built in the fiberglass high top as there are some parts of trim screwed to the top.
The camper you are looking at has a much higher top... I am sure there would be some bracing and headliner in that one too but I would think you would be fine..
