My 1993 Bronco 351w e4od is idleing way too high, around 2000 rpm. It would take a while for it to idle back down to 1100 rpm, and thats high too. It would shift extreamly hard into reverse it would shake the entire truck and it would clunk into any gear. It gets up to 10 mph at idle. Does anyone have a fix?
Also, if you decide to, do some maintenance: Get a throttle body cleaner can (no carburetor cleaner) and clean the throttle body and the mech part of the IAC valve. use nothing else but the can, no brushes or anything, and follow the instructions on the can.
