Yes, it can be reprogrammed for it. We'd do one for 91 octane and another more agressively for the 93 octane, no problem. Don't expect huge gains between 91 and 93 though there will be an improvement.

Remember, you have to pay to add an additional program to it so its really not wasted (unless there is already a custom fee applied to the 2nd program spot).

Well, if you tow we could program the 2nd spot to have more torque converter lockup, higher shifts and a firmer shift for towing.
Does the re-program charge apply to each setting (thats reprogramed) on the chip, or just one charge for the whole chip?
To the who chip, not to each setting. If the chip currently doesn't have the second position filled then you have to pay for that as well.
