Exclamation F250 pickup running like ****

SO here is what i have! 1193 f250 (maybe) 191k miles. 5.8L EFI engine automatic transmission. i bought this truck a week ago from craigslist. the truck is a good truck just needs the right touch. i bought it from a guy that said the rear main was leaking and the front suspension needed new bushings. I drove it 60 miles home and it ran fine lack of power though. hitting hills would drop it to 60 mph from 70 on normal size hills. i got it home and put oil dye in it. the oil leak was cominng from the left bank valve cover all the bolts were loose. i also found that the right side eye beam pivoting bracket was broken. i pulled that out and welded it. i also replaced the driver side valve cover gasket and changed out the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. truck no longer leaks oil. Now it stubblers and died and cant be driven. it worked fine for a day after i replaced all those components. also some ******* removed so much of the vacuum system. i need a good picture and what everything is. im a diesel guy but needed a cheap work truck. i have not changed the fuel filter or tested the fuel rail pressure. idk how long the truck sat for, if its just the fuel filter or if its something more. I also found what i believe to be the ignition control module( silver box about 3"x3" driver side firewall) loose in the driver side wheel well not mounted. when i did the plugs i had only 1 that was miss firing due to the fuel still on the plug passenger side front plug. my ignition coil had corrosion built up on it and i cleaned that up and did not change that. it seems to me either a fuel issue or a spark issue. and ideas??
