E4OD pukes when sitting

E4OD pukes when sitting
1995 F250 2wd. 460 E4OD.
If I drive the truck daily the transmission fluid stays inside where it should. If I park the truck for a few days, it pukes a pint - quart of tranny fluid.
Not exactly sure where its coming from. Not exactly sure why it would only do this when sitting.
