Ok, it isn't real scientific unless you have an $800 headlight aiming tool. I used a headlight aiming device on a new SuperDuty
I lifted....then used this truck, and a couple of other trucks with decently aimed headlights to adjust others. Pull any similar truck with a properly aimed set of lights 25-30 feet from a light colored garage door/wall/barn, on level ground, pull the truck to be adjusted next to it, get a t20 Torx bit and get to adjusting! approx. 1" back from inside rear corner of headlight assembly is the in/out adjuster (centering). About 2" back and 2" down in the space behind the outside rear corner is the up/down adjuster (a little harder to see) piece of cake.
