Mine cranked up right off the bat and has run like a scalded rat ever since. Zero issues so far. Would be an interesting poll for sure.

Now you are getting somewhere!
No need to worry about fuel system or electrical or anything else right now.
No pressure from pump = No work
While you're waiting to hear back from the vendor(s), why not pull off the HPOP, take some pics of as much as you can, and reinstall it carefully.
Did you reply to my question about removing any plugs?
Removing and Reinstalling is no loss right now, heck, might even work- depending on what the problem is.
You can inspect the gears and...I don't know, hopefully someone with experience here can lend some tips of things to inspect (shaft play, bolt positions, seals, etc )

You're on the scent now. Either find and fix with the R&R tonight, or work out a replacement pump to swap in.
This might be a good time to put the charger on your batteries, get them topped up. It will still likely take a bit of cranking after you fix the problem and you've been cranking a bunch lately.
If it makes you feel better, I'll be going out for the next shift shortly, after my back settles a bit. So you won't be the only person wrenching tonight
