It will be close.
You'll gain 1.5" over all so .75" higher from the ground and .4" in width. You speedo error will be 5% with this change.
I did go from the 70 to 75 and didn't have any troubles but the change in height was about .9". The place that was close was the front bumper area when turning.
If you have a place that sells used tires have them mount one. Or even the place you're going to buy from. Let them know what you'd like to do.
