I have a 1996 f250 with a 7.3. It is idling rough I have replaced the melling oil pump, high pressure oil pump, ICP, IPR, fuel pump, UVCH, and pigtails cleaned connections on the batteries and cleaned all my grounds. I disconnected the batteries and now I'm getting a P0603 code. I did not change all of these parts to try and fix this problem some where leaking and others were bad. I need help on identifying my rough running problem and this code please.

It's running no smoke just idling rough, I cleaned my FPR screen it was clogged but it's still rough you can watch the RPM's go up and down and feel it shaking in the truck
Auto and yes it does it in neutral as well. I noticed it started doing it after I installed the pigtails on the passenger side. I checked my connections and the seem to be fine.
