This is a project that I picked up a few years back and never got real far with. It has the typical CC rust above the drip rails from end to end and basically no interior. My intent was to build a lowered dually out of it so I installed 1/2 ton front coils and some soft Chevy van leaf springs that a friend gave me in the rear. The engine is a healthy 390 (really, not a 360, I pulled it from a 68 Fairlane and built it myself). It has about 20k miles on it but hasn't been run in several years. Trans is a T18. The front suspension has been rebushed and the the front rotors, calipers and pads were replaced. Comes with an extra rear door, window, and hinges. Now the bad news if it stays in the peoples republic of California. There are about $1500 in registration fees owed on it.

 

If people are unaware of the back fees, registration if it stays in CA can easily be waived w/o doing a salvage title. Use form 256 Statement of Facts & become familiar with these sections of the CA vehicle code: 4604, 4604.2, 5004, & 5051.
