iPhone 7 Sync 3
I connected my iPhone 7 to sync3 via Bluetooth and every time I start the truck it's starts blaring something absolutely random from my iPhone music library. How do you make it not do that? I just want to start up the truck, and have the audio of my google maps play over the speakers and nothing else. But it is insistent on playing music (very randomly) every time I get in it.

Never had that happen on my 7plus but when my girlfriend plugged hers into the USB on a trip last weekend it randomly started playing a podcast. As far as Bluetooth connect my radio always comes on with whatever the last source selected was. With that said if music is running in the background on the phone it may be picking that up as what you are wanting to do. For a test double click the home button on the phone and swipe up on the music app on the phone to kill the app and then start the truck to see if that changes anything.

I am running a new iPhone7 for work, for about the last 3 months and never had this issue as yet. I think Usumati is onto something. End all your applications, then walk it into the truck and let it connect.
