Radio quit.
Alright guys the radio started acting up Thursday night. Got home shut the truck off and the radio wouldn't shut off. Opened the door turned the truck back on and off nothing. It just kept playing. Came back out 5 minutes later it was still on. It's a 13 with the navigation. Nav still works and I can switch between the four screens still. No clue how long it took to go off but eventually it did. Now it quit all together. It shows my presets but the station won't change and there's no volume. Phone calls won't play over the speakers either. Phone calls show up but won't play over the speakers. I see a master reset option but haven't hit it yet. Any other ideas?

Try a reset, take the negative terminals off both batteries, mine recently started acting squirrely, wouldn't go to the FM band at all. I pulled the terminals and allowed it to sit for 10 minutes or so ( at least 2 beers
) hooked everything back up, all good. Not saying that's the issue, but worth a shot! (Try this before the reset button)
