Grille height adjustment?

Need some body adjustment help. Not sure exactly what I need to adjust to fix an issue that is bugging me.

See the gap at the top of the grille and below the front edge of the hood? Its much larger gap there than its supposed to be. The hood seems lined up with the fenders perfectly and the leading edge seems correct.

Can the header panel and therefore the grille position be adjusted a bit to move the grille up? Or is something else out of wack?

The headlamps are also connected to the header panel.... so I'm thinking nope.

Hard to tell from here without asking a ton of questions... the first of which would be "has it always been this way"? and has the grill been replaced?

Easy back door kinda fix might be an air deflector.

Its hard to tell from that pic because of the angle but the headlamps seem a bit too low as well but the gap is not as large.

Its been this way since I bought the truck a few months ago but I have been finding out the truck has lots of history not in Carfax. No major wrecks but I know for instance the driver rear door and its interior components are not the same vintage as the other 3. Would not surprise me to find out the grille had been replaced. I know the front bumper has been repainted as there is a paint line near the valance. I plan to replace it at some point anyway. The grille appears to be in too good of condition to be original but the truck was well cared for and not exposed to sun its full life. The roof is perfect for example.

I am just trying to figure out how to get things where they belong. The truck is what it is at this point but the gap bothers me.

I will be tearing into it this weekend to install a trans cooler and new headlights anyway. Hope to figure this gap issue out.

Just reporting back that I was able to adjust the grill up to remove the excess gap to the hood by adding a washer under the lower bolt that holds the header plate bracket to the radiator support. One washer on each side did the trick.

New Harley headlights turned out pretty nice too.
