Rear spring bushing bolt part # needed

I need the rear bushing bolts part number for the 9/16" bolts used on the 1968 F100 with the flex o matic suspension.

9/16" is the wrench size, not the thread size.

380857-S2 .. Bolt - 5/8" -11 x 4.50" long / Obsolete ~ No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.

I believe this is the same gentleman that had a thread a while back on these bushings. He ended up figuring out he needed 9/16" I.D. bushings. I have a sneaky feeling what he actually needs is C8TZ5776A instead of separate 9/16" bolts and the 5627 that was only available in the C8TZ5630A shackle kit.
Bill, can you please post illustration section 53, page 15 please?

Bolts are 9/16 thread size with 12 thread count (same as the U-bolt size). The flange heads are 7/8". Bolts are used on front bushing and rear flexomatic to frame mount bushing. The flange nuts are the same as the U-bolt flange nuts, 9/16" with 7/8"head. Bushings are 1 3/8" O.D. x 5/8" I.D. x 2 3/4" long for all 8 bushings. The double bolt (9/16" also) is used where the rear spring mounts to the flex0matic bracket. The hole in the bushings are 5/8" the bolts are 9/16", so you have a 1/16" clearance between bolt and bushing. NPD has the exact bushings new, # F-5781-5

What's in there now may be 9/16" but if the I.D. on a bushing is 5/8" then that is the bolt size I would use. If it were me I'd go to H.D., Ace, or a local nut/bolt store and buy some grade 8 5/8" bolts. Install them covered in never seize.

OP has a 1968 F100 with Flex-O-Matic. Takes 3 C8TZ-5781-B bushings.

These bushings are 1 3/8" O.D. x 5/8" I.D x 2 3/4" long: 1968 F100, 1969 F100 before serial number F70,001.

1969 F100 from serial number F70,001, 1970/72 F100 takes 3 DOHZ-5781-A bushings: 1 3/8" O.D. x 9/16" I.D. x 2 3/4" long.

So does the OP actually have a 1969 F100 from serial number F70,001 or have the rear springs been replaced?

C8TZ-5776-A .. Rear Spring REAR Shackle Bracket includes two threaded studs that fit thru the 2 upper bushings in the compensator.

The only bolt required fits thru the lower (bottom) spring bushing in the compensator.

I think the problem 1st was Ford was confused then after that Some PO of this truck replaced both C8TZ5630A rear shackle kits. C8TZ5630A is listed for 68/72 without 950# spring. Yet the bushings are listed before and after the serial number you mentioned above. The pic in Illustration section 53, page 15 shows the front and rear hanger bolts being 56215-S (made plain) for F100. My O.S.I. slide I got the 56615-S2 replacement part number from listed 56215-S2 (2= made with Phosphate and lubricant coating). The C8TZ5630A rear shackle kit included:
1-C8TA5627D......bar.
1-C8TZ5A709A.....compensator.
1-C8TZ5776A.......shackle.
1-D0HZ5781A.....bushing.
3-33774-S4..........nuts/
1-56215-S4........BOLT (4=Phosphate and oil coated)
