Rear axle support bracket
Hello 
,
I'm trying to locate part number 4C3Z2B636A with no luck.
Rear passenger side bracket that mounts to the axle tube for my '01 Ex.
Locating seems to be difficult since it is discontinued.
Dealer is saying none available.
Any help finding one would be greatly appreciated!

No idea what part you are talking about since ford does not not show a picture or drawing for 4C3Z2B636A.
That said, there were about 4 million 99-04 f250s made with that same rear axle. junk yards near you should have what you seek.

The 4 studs on the bracket mount this bracket to the rear axle tube. The caliper bracket bolts to this bracket. Looks like the PO damaged the bracket and tried to do some modifications and the bracket is pretty much unusable.
Was hoping someone has a scrapped axle and looking to part with the passenger side bracket.

I have it in my local shop who treats me quite well and has asked me if I want to try to find a used part or should he look for new which has been difficult to find unless he gets the new assembly. According to him, the caliper mount part of the bracket has been machined on and is bent. I would like to replace with used if possible. pick n pull around here is quite a distance and haven't found any junk yards willing to part with just the piece I'm needing.

I do that all the time. You would be surprised how many Ford dealers are on there selling NOS.

I went to ebay first. When you put the number in the only item that comes up is the same part number that starts with a 5 not 4. The beginning digit 5 is for F350/450 and is not compatable. Amazon is showing the same. I called many Ford dealers and they all said there is none showing in the US and the part is obsolete. Can't believe this is such a difficult part to find.
