Abs modual valve

Been told that my abs modual is bad. Been looking at it and have a couple questions.
When I change it do I need to reprogram.
Do I remove the water reservoir and do it from top or remove fender lining and do it from wheel well..
There are on codes showing or abs light on.
Have bread the brakes and have good pedal but let it set a couple minutes and the pedal goes to the floor.

Any help would be appreciated.

Based on what...in other words, what symptoms are leading someone to tell you the ABS module is no good?

Put new brakes all the way around. Had to replace rear passenger caliper. When finished bled brakes starting at rear pass then rear driver then frount pass then driver. Hard peddle but after setting peddle goes to floor. You can pump it up to hard pedal but goes back down.
I used a clamp to return brake calipers and did not open bleeders was told I might have damaged abs modual.
Had no issues before putting on new pads and caliper.
Without the engine running I have a good pedal. Once you start the truck the pedal goes to the floor.
No ABS light or codes.

Master cylinder ?

Sounds like the ABS module is fine and that you still have air in the system.
