I just bought a 2014 Ecoboost F150 a few days ago and it drives like a covered wagon on the rear. I noticed that it has a levelin kit on the front and an added spacer block on the rear. I'm assuming that was to still give it the rake. I am curious which shock I need to be looking for since it is somewhat lifted? The reason I think it is the shocks is the serious rough ride over bumps and the fact that after you hit the bump it continues to vibrate/bounce for a few seconds.

The stock 4WD trucks have a 2" block in the back. There's a 3" block available for more lift in the back. If you've got the 2" block a set of stock replacement shocks is fine. Some people choose to go with lift shocks with the 3" block, but I remember reading stock shocks will still fit fine on the 3" blocks. I went with the RS9000XL shocks on the rear along with the RAS and love the setup.

The stock 4wd rear block is actually 1.25".
You can add 1.75" of height out back and remain with stock length shocks. A 3" tall block will net you a 1.75" increase.
I used 5 sets of rear shocks on my '13 when I had it.
OEM
Bilstein 5100
Halo Lifts BOSS
Sway A Way 2.5" resi's
Icon 2.0
The Icon by far rode the best, but the 5100s were almost as good for a fraction of the price. Pick up a set of 5100s and you'll more than likely be happy. They feel a bit firm at first, but the ride control is by far better.

I must be thinking of the F-250 then. Maybe they had the 2" rear block.
The truck rode nicer with the stock suspension on my truck, but it also had way too much nose dive under braking and also sagged a lot more with weight in the bed. The ride control is much better now.
