Does anyone on here run PPEI tunes on a 2015-2016? I will be deleting the truck by the end of this year and am just curious to hear more feedback on PPEI for grins. As a background for why I am leaning towards PPEI, I have found nothing but good so far about their trans tuning (which is a huge part of my decision) and PPEI in general seems to have such a solid reputation on the sheer quality and flawlessness of their tunes. From the research I have done, there seems to be people with trans tuning issues with many of the aftermarket tunes, yet I haven't found this to be the case with PPEI. I could be wrong but from what little I have found, people seem to be very pleased with the trans tuning.
Anybody? I know there has to be people running the EzLynk with PPEI. The few threads where folks running this setup comment about it have went dead. I want as much info as possible!! Come on people!!! There is tons of info and videos of the 11-14 trucks deleted and the 17's, but there is little out there about the 15' and 16' trucks.
The Blackstone Labs oil analysis kit will be here next week sometime so I will send off an oil sample soon. After I get those results, ill change the trans fluid to see if anything looks out of the norm with that fluid. If everything "checks out", it's order time!! No more regens, def, random extended drives to finish regens, poor mileage, or silent exhaust.
honestly, I didn't even think about PPEI, wish I would have though, would have gave another vendor to compare against. I have SCT with tuning from Rudy's Diesel. I am happy with it, but do like the shifting from DP Tuner better, though they do not support deletes, thus I have an extra X4 as at the time live wire was supposed to be supporting shift on fly. Now it sits here next to the computer...
