U-joint help, Numberdummy
I believe the U joint on my truck is going out, but I can't seem to find what I need. I think I ought to replace both, it is a 2 joint shaft
I have a 1956 F100 with the 223, 3 speed column MD trans, and Dana 60.
Rockauto has many but they're all out of stock and I have no clue which one I would need anyways. Thanks to anyone who can help.

1956 F100 would have a Dana 44, Dana 60 only installed in F250's.
C3AZ-4635-A (replaced
B6TZ-4635-A ) .. 1310 (cup size) Front/Rear U-Joint - 3 15/32" span / Obsolete ~ Available NOS & from auto parts stores.
Myriad 1956/79 FoMoCo vehicles.
EZ to find because: This U-joint was used at the front of the driveshaft on 1967/68 Mustang 289 & 1968/73 Mustang 302.

Sorry for the late reply, thank you both for answers.
Would it be the same joint for both(so I just order two of the same thing)?
What is the general consensus on greasable vx non greasable U joints?

Front & rear same u-joint for your truck, front only for the Mustang's I listed.

The only downside to greasable joints is that you have to get the zerk in the right position, or you will not be able to get a grease gun on it.

Could you get me the part number for the transmission output shaft seal? It's a MD 3 speed on the VIN tag.
Thanks for the helps guys. Got the new spicers this evening and will do the work tomorrow. It is vibrating so bad I am not going to drive it, I really hope nothing else was screwed up, I just had to get it home.

Hey Bill I was wrong, I don't have the Medium Duty trans, it is a "3-std". Therefor the seal was way off.
I used a dial caliper to roughly measure my output shaft and it is almost if not exactly 1.50". The new seal inside diameter is 2.12"
The original seal simply says NWB and a Ford logo, no numbers.
Sorry for the runaround, and thanks anyone who can further help.
