No MyKey Programming Option

I have a 2014 Ford Lariat and I have a type 2 touch screen. The MyKey programming option should be under the "Vehicle" option in the display but the options only go down to "Wipers" so I cannot modify, change or anything with my programmable key or my valet key.

I don't get any option to clear any keys. Anybody have any ideas? The dealership?

Are you using the mykey key to try this or the admin key? I believe when the mykey is in the ignition you don't get that option anymore for the keys.
