my 4inch skyjacker kit

i just purchased a 4inch skyjacker lift kit for $180

needs a good clean and paint then install.

didn't want to go too high , 4inch is perfect.

Nice buy!
The shocks may be worn out by now - but you can deal with that later if needed.
A few small parts missing but easy to get.

can you tell me what parts are missing, wasnt sure if it was complete.

as for the shocks they seem ok still.

Upper shock bushings/insulators (fit over stud end of shock. Two per shock), eight grade 8 washers to go under u-bolt nuts, if you have front sway bar there are drop down brackets for the sway bar mounts (like 2" x 4" hollow rectangular blocks), you will need/want a "drop pitman arm" too. I think you can reuse the bottom spring seats/retainers unless new springs are different diameter


You may be able to use the stock brake lines for front (by bending frame bracket down). You need to check rear flexible (frame to axle) brake line. Will probably need to get a longer one.

With a 4 inch lift, the dropped pitman arm is not optional if you want good steering.

Good deal! Im looking to get a 4 inch as well. Perfect height IMHO.
