need engine identification

I have an engine and transmission I need help identifying. Just by looking, I'm guessing it might be a 427?? 460?? It has a manual transmission that is attached that has been rebuilt at some point in time. I have not tried but my assumption is, it turns by hand. The block appears to solid. Has a carb, intake, exhaust manifold etc. on it. Oil pan is attached and looks to be fine. See attached pics. I'm looking to be able to identify the engine and establish a value on both the engine and transmission so I can sell them. Would prefer to sell together but might would be willing to part out. It has sat outside, and the tarp covering it has been long gone. In one pic there is a pump in the way, my apologies. If these pics aren't good enough let me know and I'll get better ones.

Not a 427 or 460.

Looks to be an FT engine. Transmission is the NP435.

It appears to have a 2bbl carb, which, if original, means 330 or 361.

Value would be by the pound since it sat out unprotected. The block may or may not be ok, but both need to be gone through before being placed back in service. These are not rare, and running examples can be found without a lot of trouble.
