Engine Shudder

So i've got an 06 expy AWD with 125k on it. Today as i was heading to work, waiting at a stop light, my expy did something I've never felt before and i'm not sure how to describe it. It's like the engine missed a beat--the engine shuddered and the truck vibrated for only a moment. This happened while idling. The rest of my drive to work and back from work was uneventful. The engine wasn't quite warm yet when it happened (if that makes a difference..only been driving it for a few minutes). Any ideas what this could be, and is it any cause for concern?

If it happened only once it could've been something in the fuel. I would just keep an eye on it to see if it keeps happening, if not then don't lose sleep over it.
