I need to buy 2 spring seats for 04-08 f150. I have a 6" fabtech lift, and I'm replacing my struts with bilstein struts but they do not come with spring seats and the ones on the fabtech struts are attached to the strut.

All of those look to be the top cover. I need the seat for the spring.

 

I don't think they are available by themselves. But if you can get a hold of a set of oem shocks you can remove them and use those. I put Bilsteins on my F150, I just had to tap the seats off the OEM shock install on the Bilsteins.
I noticed you posted on another F150 the same question, and the guy offered the you the entire shock. See if he is willing to knock the old spring seats and send you those

 

yeah, I'm going to ask him. I thought it was going to be easier to find, there's a lot of junk yards near me but it's hard to make in time before they close. I called a few of them and they don't have f150.

 

Do you know if the 2wd and 4wd strut seats would be the same? I have a 05 fx4 4wd. He has a 2wd.

 

The shock absorbers are different, however I believe the coil springs are the same, so I'd think the spring seats are the same

 

We are new to this forum and just saw your post. You may want to check out ENERGY SUSPENSION. They make some really interesting suspension bits and pieces.

 

Im having the same issue on my 07. Having Bilstein 5100's installed to replace my Pro Comp's but I don't have the OEM seats anymore. looking for ideas.
