Third Row Seats

Can anyone tell me how to remove the headrest on the third row?
I have an 07 EL and I can't seem to get the headrests off to install seat covers.

Haha.. I just figured this out today.. It's in post a few down from this one. If you push down on the leather or cloth under the plastic ring there is a spring clip on each post. Pop off the spring clip and the head rest will slide right out, be careful not to let the spring clip fall into the seat.
