I need to replace the driver's door glass, '94 Ranger.
Have you successfully performed this task?
Do you have any do's or don'ts to share?
I plan to visit "Self Serve" wrecking yard to obtain the replacement glass? Is there a list of compatible vehicles from which to search, or is '94 Ranger unique?
Thank you in advance for any assistance provided!
Richard, Long Beach,CA
I just replaced my passenger side glass. 93-97 are all the same. Now take a drill with you to the wreaking yard as the windows are riveted to the regulators. And if you want the regulator is riveted to the door. I used bolts to attach the new glass to the regulator.
Yes I agree take a drill . I also replaced a drivers side window , the eplacement came from a Bronco 11. Ranger and bronco are interchangable, got it from JY..
