Hey Family! Quick Question
I was wondering if any of you have heard of this company.
https://www.powertrainproducts.net/F...INE-p/1613.htm
The 4.6 in my truck is going to need either a replacement or a rebuild and I was thinking about going the replacement route. This website talks a good game as far as what they say they do but I am wonder if anyone has dealt with them personally.
Another question would be if a rebuild would be better?
Thanks In advanced.

Hey, here is a big Howdy From Tennessee!
I would be be inclined to purchase a long block directly from Ford. They are expensive but not that much more expensive. The company you linked has a price of 2,499.99 on their long blocks but there is an option for a "no fault" Warrenty for $349.00 which comes out to a total of $2,848.00.
The Ford long block 4.6, from my local dealership, is $3,261.81. It also has an unlimited mileage 3 year warranty. And you get a factory fresh motor. Just giving you something else to think about.
Here is a screen shot.
