My 1965

I posted a while back about starting my 65 ford 250 after 5 years of it sitting. After a few hoses and a carb kit, it runs.
Noticed a fair amount of rust on the floor boards and am wondering what you all think I should do?
Not interested in driving it much (occasionally to the dump etc) but would like to maintain it and hopefully someday have a project to work on. Thanks!

Nice truck. If the lower cab mounts isn't decade, then I would cut metal for a floor patch. If you don't plan on daily driving for know. I've seen worst on the rode..

I'd check all major mechanical parts for leaks, compression, dry rot and anything else that would prohibit it from running normal. Replace what's necessary and keep her running. That's awesome you got it up and running with little work. You got the greasy thumb.
