Since a few of the wire pigtails in the valley have seen better days, I was wondering if anyone knows if someone sells the valley wiring harness and/or the part number for it (from big square connector under air intake/on top of driver side bank to include all things in the valley).
I believe it is called the engine wiring harness and it should be available from Ford with your VIN. They can also be found used on fleabay. New is north of $500.
I think I actually got the last one I installed from Walmart online. motorcraft part, delivered in 2 days. also check orillyes they are now a motorcraft vendor
Ford no longer makes a lot of parts for our trucks. If you can't find new (or it's out of your budget) you might want to try some recycling yards in your area (aka pick-n-pull or junkyard) or online (LKQ, Car-Parts.com, etc.).
I'm not a big fan of third party stuff for our trucks so if I can't find OEM new then I try to find used OEM in good condition.
Short story long: I had a tire blow out and the shop told me that some of the wiring that got destroyed was no longer available from Ford so they would have to get an aftermarket replacement. I was able to find what I needed at a local salvage yard and splice it in to keep everything OEM. Cost me an afternoon and $10.

I couldn't find it on Walmart's site... any chance you have the part number handy?
