Pro comp springs?

I was on the Kings of SUV but recently replaced my 00 Excursion with a 2004 F350 crew cab long box with the 6.0. So today driving through a neighborhood and heard this pinging sound and all of a sudden I heard something hit the ground and seen a piece of leaf spring fall out. It has what I believe is Tuff Country EZ ride springs on all 4 corners. Previous owner stated it has a 4" lift but seems more like 6" or more. The rear has 5" Percision Metal Fab lift blocks. My question is I was thinking of replacing the rear springs with Pro Comp 22415 5" Rear Leaf Spring and the factory 2" lift blocks & replacing the front springs with Explorer Pro Comp 22410 4" leaf springs. I would like lower it a little bit for my wife who is only 5' 2" tall. I swapped my LT305/70R18 true 35"x12.50 18" tires from my excursion. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. Here is a picture of my new beater with the 35" and when I first brought it home with 305/70R16 on it.

I have front pro comp 22210 springs and have had zero problems with them, actually buying the 22410 4" springs soon to do a 4" lift. The pro comp springs are similar to spec ford v-code which is one under the highest x-code plow springs

No one of the spring leafs broke and fell out on me while driving through a neighborhood this afternoon. Heard some noises and then heard metal tinging sound and it hitting the street. went back and it was from my left rear leaf spring. So that is why I was thinking of just doing Pro Comp springs all the way around. Also drop it down a bit for my short wife who is only 5'2" tall.

Do you have a 5" block and 2" block installed?

35" tires definitely do not require 6" lift, all spring would be a far better ride too. Which shocks will you be going with?

No just the 5" blocks in there at this time. I have some factory 2" ones from my Excursion that I swapped out to the 4" Factory blocks. I am not sure what the springs are, I can make out Tuff Ez ride on the 2 front springs and that's it. So would the factory 2" lift blocks and Pro Comp 22415 in rear along with the 22410 fronts be 4" or so? I was thinking Bilstein 5100's, they are the ones I ran on my Excursion and really like them.

Front springs will be 4" lift and be perfect for a 35" tire. The rear springs will probably only need themselves for a 4" lift, if it's a tad low you have the 2" ex block so throw that in

Good that's what I was hoping and kind of thinking how it would end up. Thanks for your help and opinions it is greatly appreciated. I will have to go and order the springs, u-bolts & some bilsteins.

Pro Comp Pro Runner shocks are reportedly the same as 5100' but a little less expensive. I know they don't have them for OEM application, however they may have them for a lifted application.

Suspension choice's sound good.
