93 7.3 idi turn signal relay

hi guys,

i'v been messing around with the turn flasher relay for quite a bit now.

when i took off the relay to inspect it i noticed that there's another two wires going to the back of the fuse panel. i later found another relay exactly on the opposite side (back) of the panel.

i thought i was only suppose to have one relay or two?

tried to use ony one at the time. one flashes quicker than the other but both stops working after a while.

next step is to buy a new realy and try it out.

suggestions?

The relay on the back is for the hazards. I don't know if they are really any different, but readily available at any auto store.
if you are having trouble, and have a trailer, you might want to try a heavy duty flasher which is meant to work with the heavier load and not flash real quick.
