Question PUKING AND HEATING

2002 Ford Escape V6... Car backed into front end and broke radiator.
After replacing old radiator with new, it is puking a beige, dark slime from the entire cooling system. Replaced thermostat and radiator.
Gunk and Slime still comes out after flushing system about 4 times.
Coolant gage stays normal, temperature reaches 222 degrees. Then it evaporates anything inside the resoevoir and steam comes out of overflow line on resoevoir. Help please.

That's the color of the coolant, after second flush its lighter than this

Looks reddish to me - like it might be ATF contamination? Could be from a trans cooler built in with the radiator if it has one?

My '02 had the standard cooler and the add-on cooler that came with the towing package. Yes, both were connected so at a minimum you will have the standard cooler that utilizes the radiator to cool the transmission lubricant.
I agree with simonsi in that this is contamination from transmission lubricant. You have a defective radiator since there really isn't any way to mix up the installation and connect anything to the radiator wrong. with any luck, you got the radiator from a decent source and they will replace it. they may need the photo you posted or similar as proof the radiator is defective.

After replacing the radiator, you need a complete flush of the coolant and transmission systems.
This will not be a simple flush and fill... you need to remove all the oil from the coolant system and ensure there is absolutely NO COOLANT in the transmission. Your transmission will not like having coolant and will expire prematurely.

Any reasonable shop can test for cross contamination in either system and I would make sure they can provide testing results to avoid being stranded down the road somewhere. This can be done by you, but I cannot express how important it is to make sure both systems are clean of contamination from the other.
Make sure you are clear about the situation when scheduling.

Future reference-
Greyish "yogurt" like slop in the radiator usually indicates engine oil in the coolant, pinkish or red indicates transmission. Neither is a good thing for the systems involved.
