Ford sold them separate back in the day. Give me a tag number or application and I can see if there is any out there.
Since the OPs question has been answered and we are on the subject. A few years ago I built a dual carb intake from an EFI lower and run it on a 260 in my hotrod. I have a pair of 260 .98 2100s. I about drove myself crazy on the internet trying to figure out powervalves. Some people say the Holley ones work, sort of. And others say they don't. I just kept driving it and it runs ok with whatever came in the kit and I quit worrying about it. With no carb heat, it has to warm up good but then runs just fine, maybe a tad rich.

Well, since I don't know what cam you have in that little jewel I went by vehicle weight. I went with a 63 Falcon since you said it is a Hot Rod and it 's got to be light. Out of the choices of carb tag numbers the 2 I picked for without "Sprint Special" and with it both ended up the same part number power valve. C3AZ9A565B replaced by D5AZ9A565A. Discontinued.
These two places show BOTH part numbers:

And this place shows the D5AZ9A565A besides a local Motorcraft warehouse in town here:
