I believe the Edelbrock carb will actually have vacuum secondaries. And that's a good thing, as they're generally better for our applications. I installed an Edelbrock 750 on a Performer manifold and believe I was blessed with a slight increase in MPG. From almost 8 to almost 9

Anyway, good choice-you'll be very happy, I'm sure!
